Great week, good weigh in, I believer the clean eating is making all the difference in the world.

I decided to get off of my butt and start clean eating. I eat very strict portion controls and right now I am keeping my calories a day to 1,000, how ever I try and eat 5 times a day. It is not easy but neither caring around extra weigh or health issues that come with it.
