336lbs down to 220lbs means that I've lost 10% of my weight four times now :)
99.8 kg Lost so far: 52.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

That's amazing! Well done. Keto diet definitely works on you. How are you keeping with carb numbers? What's your intake atm?

My carbs are never more than 20 grams per day but usually average around 10-12 grams. That means that carbs make up 5% or less of my total calories. I limit protein to less than 20% of my total calories and keep fat to around 75% of total calories. I also find that dividing my meals in half and eating 6 times per day is the most efficient way to keep my blood glucose from spiking. G.

If it works for you and it has balance and you can see it working long term...then it is good for you. I personally rarely get my carbs under 150 but I eat a lot of salad and veg so don't see a problem with it.
