weight up...but fat lbs down by .5 (weight X fat%) so i think it might be water weight sticking around after my carb binge. if it is not - the gain is understandable :) because i had a very fun valentine's day weekend (with a french crepe brunch --many carbs and champagne) and am still working that off. it was totally worth it though :)
back to LCHFing this week, but only 80/20 (yay, the wine drought is over! i had missed wine with friends) so i expect weight loss to slow down quite a bit. that said, if i stop losing fat, i will have to tweak things. . .but fingers crossed this much more pleasant eating lifestyle will still lead to (slower) losses, and eventual maintenance 8 lbs or so from now.
58.3 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
