I made a couple of slight changes to my Keto diet a week ago and the weight just dropped off me! I bloody love Keto :)
102.1 kg Lost so far: 50.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week

Are you exercising at all? Your weight loss is astonishing! We done! Pls do tell us more otter than you're on ketogenic diet.

@Candy Keto diet is a ketogenic diet which involves consuming calories mainly from fat and protein with as little carbs as possible. Human body prefers fuel from carbs however, if there isn't enough carbs available, the body will turn to ketones for fuel which are released when body burns fat. Some people have great results on such diet. Chelseaboy is a great example :)
