Finally under 184! Re-determined to lose this excess weight! Stay focused and march on...thanks for everyone's support!

(I swear it wasn't this hard gaining weight)

No it's wasn't hard gaining it, so remember it didn't come on in a day so we aren't going to loose t in a day. Stay focused, and it will be gone before yo know it.
