Doing well today. Yesterday I was feeling a bit munchy so I had lots of snacks but I only had a cup and a half of chili and some green tea for dinner.

My challenge starts today. I'm hoping to get at least 3 miles in. We finally have some cool weather this week so I'm really looking forward to getting outside today.
64.8 kg Lost so far: 28.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good luck! Hope you were able to do the 3 miles! I've only ran 3 miles without stopping twice since highschool (cross-country team)! Good on you!! :D
