On Dec 24 I rode my exercise bike for 1 hr and did 5 min. Of weight training. It's a start. At end of challenge I will be doing alot more
103.4 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
