Well, it's a little bit of a drop - FINALLY!!! I realize this is the worst time of the year to be trying to lose weight; I'm mostly just trying to exercise more & start tracking again, and see if I can maintain this weight through the end of the year. If so, I will be down about 7 lbs from the beginning of the year, which is a whole lot better than the same or higher! Goal weight is 135, so 13 lbs to go!
67.1 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
