Hey Tracy, sorry to hear you are exhausted, do you have any plans for your week off? My eldest daughter will be back tonight, she has been on a school permorning arts trip to london, i felt physically sick yesterday when i realised it was 7/7 and she would be in central london, anyway i have heard from her and all is well, she is looking forward to showing me her purchases which i am sure have cost us a small fortune lol. Keep going with your plan it will be so good when we get there, i guess the difficulty is in staying ther. I have adopted your plan and am making sure i drink plenty of water, i measure out 2 litres into a big jug so i could see that i had drank it, i wasn't running to the loo every 5 minutes which lends me to believe maybe i was a bit dehydrated, anyway feeling good today and still on track myself. habe a good day x :)

Hi Jo - I have a few days planned out....otherwise some much needed time at home...pottering around the garden (although this is usually a full work out lol!) and just catching up on some much needed me time. I hear you with the 7/7 I think that is also taking its toll on me - with my son living in London now it is always such a worry. I am so glad yesterday passed so peacefully. I must admit I also feel so much better now I am drinking more water and you are right you don't seem to be off to the loo as much, I think because it is warmer now. Go you - you are doing sooooo well and I love the idea of Operation Sparkle....think I might join you on that one! x :)

Jess just text she will be home for 11.30pm I have managed to stay awake, I'm normally asleep by 9.30 as my meds exhaust me. Yes I can understand you worry, it's such a terrible world we live in now and we shouldn't have to live in fear. Operation sparkle will start after the wedding and when kids back in school so prob first wk in September, I would love to lose another stone for then as a minimum x
