Rain woke me up in the early morning again, but the sun was shining when I got up later. It got a little breezy in the afternoon & tonight is supposed to be in the upper 40's. The weekend forecast is sunny & 70's. I'm done with all the rain.

Made it to the Gym today. It felt good to be back & I had a good workout.
61.4 kg Lost so far: 17.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
