So so glad it's Friday....just hoping the new few hours are quick and painless.....

This weekend I'm eating out on both days....so will accept weight will probably be up on Monday, but usually doesn't stick as long as I make good choices and don't go on a gluttonous feed out and get right back on track on Monday....all will be fine. It's also learning to drop the guilt about eating when it is normal to do so, think not stressing about recording on weekends will help with this.

I am also going to try and focus on drinking more water over weekends. During the week I drink so much water at work....but weekends I just seem to forget.

We are off to the beach tomorrow....might even dip my toe in the sea....damn watching Jaws when I was 7!

87.7 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey Tracy good morning, yes enjoy your weekend and just try to make good choices and not feel guilty, I too am away this weekend with my sis and mum, will enjoy the weekend then back down to it on Monday. Have a lovely weekend and enjoy the beach x
