May 1st....starting just over a pound down from April 1st. I don't put a lot of value in that, though cause I've bounced up & down all month in the same range within a couple of lbs. either way.

I averaged 1887 calories a week for the month. Protein averaged a little over 80 grams a day...almost 90. I'd like to consistently get closer to 100. My fiber average is a bit low & I think I might be feeling that. I'm feeling a little bloated.

Gym today. Pretty good workout. We were out of energy bars, so I took some mixed nuts for my mid workout snack. Also, a cheese stick. I measured out exactly 200 calories worth. It didn't look like much, but surprisingly, when I ate them, it was just enough.

Tomorrow is supposed to be a nice day, so I'm sure I'll get some more work done in the gardens. I do need to run into the library.

Hubby & I have been watching American Idol & The Voice in the evenings. Several nights of music each week. There are some great voices on both shows ❤️🎶🎵🎶 It's getting down to the point I'll hate to see any of them go home.
