have just not been on the scales for ages due to my own and family illness but decided it's now or never and need to get some control back - even worse than I was expecting 😞
73.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you for your support, I've decided to make my weight visible for a whole week (hopefully losses 🤞) to keep me accountable. So easy for the weight to creep on when you are ignoring the scales and not keeping a track of what you eat but onwards and upwards 😊
