FBS 120, 14.5 fast. Made salmon patties for dinner with a modified recipe found online by accident and used toasted-to-dry sourdough crumbs instead of panko. I used to eat salmon patties with catsup but have none so resorted to some of my homemade chili sauce that I have to log using a commercial brand. This year when I can another batch during real-tomatoes season, I'll document the ingredients' nutrition for the sake of more precise logging. A few warm days of sunshine stirred up my gardening and preserving urges. The coming freeze will chill those stirrings. But I am going to buy some flower seeds this week for butterfly and hummers.
