FBS 117. At dinnertime, I knew exactly how many calories I had left to spend and exactly what I was going to eat. I log dinner first and then eat. If the log shows I'd be over, I adjust the serving sizes until I'm under grams/calories. Tonight the old dog got part of the meat and broccoli. He's really not spoiled. Much.
