Day 1 (on repeat) - Cabbage Soup "diet"

Well yesterday started ok - I did feel hungry at around 10am - totally new experience for me....as my usual oats, flaxseed, coconut oil and honey keep hunger away nearly the whole day. So I just had half a cup of my soup that I had brought in for lunch and found that was fine, but was again hungry by lunch time, but found the soup and fruit were enough to get me through to dinner. Most importantly I was not hungry last night.

Last night I was ridiculously tired and had a headache - now I am not going to assume it was the food I ate as it could be anything. I ended up sleeping an hour when I had eaten dinner and then went to bed early and ended up sleeping a total of 10 hours.....I only usually sleep 5-6 hours a night! I woke up this morning still feeling tired and I still have a headache. But again I can't say it was the food I ate as there are so many other factors - I get pressure headaches and it feels quite heavy today....work stress....no caffeine from not having my tea.....etc......

One thing I will say it is a sure way to clear out weekend excesses fast! Will be interesting to see what happens from this point on.

So I am repeating day 1 today - the only change I have brought in a bunch of grapes to snack on when I feel a bit hungry....although concerned about sugar spiking.
88.9 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.3 kg a Week

Your doing better than I could have done..I'm sure the headache is from lack of caffeine I get one if I don't have mine..take care...Hugs..
