I think this is the last of the sodium/bad diet bloating going away and now I need to lose just about 4 more lbs to get back to where I was prior to the fork in the road. I am happy because I did not think the gain would drop so quickly but it will slow down from here. I struggled last night with temptation but I did not cave and that is a win.

I have my stress test tomorrow and I am nervous. My walks have stopped due to pain and work deadlines, plus I needed to make up the time missed due to my doctor appointments. The plus side is at least I will gain a knowledge of my heart health.

Today is the last super busy day of the week, it will be in the low 80s ~ a really nice day and I get to spend the last 1.25hrs outside! Plus, I started with watering the garden this am so that was also really nice!
