Oh! I literally gave a little yelp of surprise today when I weighed in. =) Yesterday I was hungry and ate more calories than my plan - but I am still figuring out how many calories I should eat. One app says 1357,this one 1900 and another 2200 so I think 1500 is ok. Nonetheless, after having just come off of losing less than .5lb after 6 days I was hoping to stay the same - but to lose a full pound was a nice surprise!
I have officially lost 10lbs - which was my first goal - and I am at day 13 of this diet! **I am so happy!**
The bonus for me, is that last night I did not cave. My husband wanted me to cave and applied just a small amount of pressure but I stood strong and I was very pleasantly rewarded with weigh loss!
