Sorry I just saw the message! The notifications on here are terrible. Anyways I'm proud of you and your approach now. Continue to improve your mental side of this. Eating and being active are a big part of this. But none of it goes anywhere without improving what we're telling ourselves daily. I may not participate here as much anymore.
