I had tennis elbow in both arms, at different times, mostly because of pull ups and lateral raises. first one took about 9 months to heal, fine now, the other is still giving me trouble after 9+ months. mostly hurts in the mornings, but at least I don't need to wear an elastic brace under the joint anymore. tendon issues take so long to heal, it sucks

Hi Wombat. I got tennis elbow about 10 years ago in both elbows from yoga of all things 😀 and since then I have completely cut out doing too much through the elbows. This golfers elbows was repetitive strain I think. Well on the mend now, they don't hurt in the mornings now 👍I find cable exercises helped.

I didnt feel a huge difference, Chesty so I want to do another month to see if the benefits keep increasing the longer you go.
