Hi im new to this app I go to the gym im io the cross trainer for 45mins 3× a week 10min rowing machine and boxing all ads up to an hour in the gym. Im fighting with temptation everyday. If it's not in the house you can't eat it. But I find myself walking up the road eating my favourite puff crisps. It makes me so pissed I ate them

temptation is a horrible thing Theresa, i'm the same when i've taken the dogs for their walk, they get their treats and i want one!! not a dog biscuit obviously...lol. but there is usually some goodies hiding in sons room. but doing all that exercise will be burning off the extra calories or if you really can't resist try making an allowance for them within your RDI. or maybe just once or twice a week so you are not completely depriving yourself.
