Had to drop out of life for a few months. Family thing. Gained 8 lbs. Stopped gym. So again I am back. Hope to be back to 193 by middle of June for Scuba Dive. (Gotta look good in those dive skins) + need to get body back in shape for 6 days of two tank boat days (and nite).I can do it with FS.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
