Ouchie! Had been staying around the 225 mark for the month of March. The "after Easter weigh in" hurt my feelings and quickly got me back on track. I'm sure its mostly water retention but that's besides the point. Time to get back on the "losing" track again. Happy Monday!
103.7 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 26.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
