We are headed out of town today on a little road trip. My plan is to keep my eating window at 10am-6pm, limited to three meals a day. A meal can be a single item snack or four courses. When I put it in my mouth, it's a meal. I am planning to pay attention to satiety signals and not overstuff myself. I will eat intentionally and enjoy it. If I feel full before the plate is clean, I will put down my fork. We are bringing the dogs, so no food will be wasted 😆 It's a vacation, so I won't be logging. Full disclosure, it is a food centric vacation. We are eating Kansas City barbecue for four delicious days, and have preordered pies from a 5 star bakery. It's actually 4.9 stars - one person rated them a 3 because at 1pm, most of the product was sold out, so they didn't buy anything. Well, it's the very last minute, so time to pack! 😅
