Gym day. I did the treadmill & my full mat/ bands/ free weight routine, but went light on the weight machines today. We got to the Gym a little later & it was getting busy by the time we got down to the machines. Hubby was ready to be done & we needed a bunch at the grocery store, so I skipped a couple of machines.
Hubby picked out an Italian Creme Cake at the bakery for dessert. Even the small slice I had after dinner was very high calorie (almost 500). I went for it cause I knew I had burned extra calories today & it still only put me a little over 1900 calories for the day.
