I didn't hit a plateau, I hit a concrete wall!
119 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 29 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Story of my life. Since May I've managed to lose 1 kg. I'm in the process of trying Chinese medicine to see if that works. Food tracking is a good habit. I eat way less sugar and more protein.

Good deal Chowsr123, at least you are looking for ways to make things happen, instead of just trying the same thing over and over. I agree, the food tracking has certainly helped with looking at foods and portions. I may have met my level of insulin resistance, so will have to try some fasting to see if I can break that logjam up.
