Was very good all week but still didn't repair damage done last weekend 😒🙂 only managed 1 swim and the pool is shut today due to 'technical issues' which usually means someone had an accident in it. Back in the old days we just scooped it out and carried on 😃💩😀
Anyway, unexpected gym session today. What workout should I do?
62.5 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week

I'm thinking 20 or 30 mins static bike, then floor work, then long stretch.

Don't worry I use the municipal gym and pool, when i raise the capital from the sell of my house I will Invest in membership got to have some pleasures as I get older🧓

Absolutely, Chess. It's a lovely facility. Unfortunately, there isn't one near enough to me to fit into my daily routine.

Luckily enough David Lloyd.is only 1.5ml from where I am moving to walking distance
