Loublou80, I follow 18:6 protocol. I have an app that reminds me of the start of my eating window and an end of it. You can adjust timeframe as it suits you. For example I can easily skip breakfast and have a late lunch but I need to eat dinner. So I played around a bit and found my most comfortable eating window. These apps have bunch of useful information for beginners. Drinking water is key here. A 350ml in an hour or more. I know it’s annoying but hey, more steps on your way to WC and back 😅😂 When I do my 10k steps a day I do power walking. So the rest ( read walk to the fridge and back) is not counted as a part of daily 10k. I get swollen by only looking at carbs. So low carb - keto is most convenient and comfortable eating plan for me. Helps me a lot with bloat and inflammation. Dandelion tea, garlic, parsley, turmeric, ginger, fennel is a must during a day. In a form of food, supplement or tea. Epsom salt baths - I love bathing so it’s every other day. My favourite is the one with baking soda: add two ocups of baking soda to 2 cups of epsom salt in your bathtub and then rub yourself with a soft sponge; it is guaranteed to act like a cleanser that would accelerate detoxification . Baking soda also has other benefits like treating dryness and fungal infections thereby helping to cut down microbe activity.

I eat 2 meals a day approx 600-700kcal each and have black coffees with collagen & mct oil when I start to feel peckish. 😉
