Day #1: I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life. I am bigger than 2 heavy weight fighters. 474 pounds. It all stops now. I am committing to: Some type of activity every morning. Walking in the evening @ least 5 days a week. My Motivation: To be a better husband. To be a better dad. To live a longer, healthier life. TO exorcise past demons & take away their hold on me. My Goals: To weigh under 200 pounds. Lose enough weight to start training in MMA. Get right lower leg tattooed with Celtic pattern shield.
