OMG I hate that time of the month.... If you only shed 2lbs a week then gain 4-5lbs that week. It really puts a damper on all the afford you put into losing weight. All the careful food choices and water drinking. Just to gain 4-5lbs over night. And have a hard time getting it off the week after. GRRRRRRR..
Don't be a quitter, if you go through the same thing month after month. The water retention during that week is part of a woman's body mechanism. It will be o.k. Don't change a thing just keep following your program. and you'll still see changes when you look back 2 or 3 months.
