BBB&E 30 day challenge is complete. Results are in. First off, Going from a SAD diet of eating ice cream every night was terribly hard! I would not recommend anyone doing that. My first 2 weeks were filled with addiction effects from carb and sugar. After that I am still a little tired but my mood is even, calm. My appetite is gone unless i am really hungry and I am not hangry. I just make something to eat. I have lost 15 pounds and I have not felt deprived. I am eating anywhere from 1000 to 1600 calories. I still use stevia in my butter coffee but that seems to be my only crutch and I am keeping it for now. I am happy with my progress.
119.7 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 43.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
