Gain a pound, lose a pound, over and over all year.
Well, it's good to be within my range around the 140 mark, but the 'not good enough ' feelings never let up!
I have a goal of being in the 130 range and a new year to think about.
Will it be more of the same feelings;
Will I be closer to the 130 mark;
Can my mind be capable of focusing on the progress instead of the length of time?
I have heard some nice compliments from folks. Why is that not enough?
I don't know.
Just keep doing what you do for improvement.

So true. I am in the best shape I’ve ever been as an adult but still so focused on that number. Keep reminding myself I am doing pretty good!

The question is are you in the healthy weight range? maybe it's your body telling you it's time to maintenance. Sometimes changing up your workout routine may help you drop that weight that you want to get to the 130 range

The last 10lbs are the most challenging. You really have to want your body to change to make it happen. You can do it. Good luck!
