Woke up at 2:30 to go to the bathroom and couldn't go back to sleep. Excited about today's trip to the Fall Bash at a huge church, and want to get my full "normal" day of activity in before I leave here at 8:25 to start picking up the grandkids.
When I woke up, I weighed in at 229.2. I took a few sips of Diet Coke and tried to go back to sleep but couldn't. When I got back up and weighed again, it was 229.6, so I am reporting 229.4 as today's weigh-in.
I only got in 3/4 of a mile of walking yesterday because I let my phone die. (I do that about once a week for the battery health.) I'll be getting in plenty of walking today at the "fair," but I'm still going to try to walk some here at home before I leave.
Lots to do. Five hours to get it all done. I've got this! Hope everyone has a good day today.
