My regular job still takes a majority of my time. No loss of calorie burn.
I am very tired this week though. I started a new medication for MS and while weight loss/gain is not a prominent side effect, my appetite has gone down quite a bit.
I'm going to have to be on medication for the rest of my life time.
Blah blah blah is all I have to say about it for now.
62.1 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have family members and a couple friends with MS. I know there are some FS members that have it as well... praying that your new medication works!💜🙏
