As expected. Taking a planned break has set me back a bit. But, I think that is better than pushing on then crashing and burning. However, the results are the same. Going to have to refocus and start again.

Breaks are smart, I feel like I get a great boost when I get back to it. It helps with the mental aspect of dieting as well.

Yes, Diablo. I am really looking forward to next week when I am going to start up again properly. When you are in it for the long haul you have to take time out mentally and physically.

I can't rely solely on the exercise, Addison. I need to cut some calories too. Get back to a deficit. Thanks for the lovely lady bit 😊😊😊

Anne, no worries, you’ve got this, and you did have some amazing food (That jammie dodger millionaire shortbread that still hasn’t arrived btw, ) And as Diablo said, a mental rest from the exercise hamster wheel is sometimes much more important. x
