No loss :( :( but I guess it could be worse.

On a positive note, I am on track with the plan and it should come down tomorrow or the next day and just as importantly....IT'S A BEAUTIFUL DAY HERE!!! I hope all are doing well.

96.7 kg Lost so far: 25.3 kg. Still to go: 21.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

When I joined FS you were on a vacation. I always thought you joined after I did! When I look at your weight history, it is amazing! Always enjoy reading your journal and seeing your weight drop. Kudos!
