Yup I put on weight typing error lol am 66.8 now gained 4.3 kgs I think … it’s not too bad but will lose it starting tomorrow the good news is it can be done once I put my mind to it … haven’t been with it lately just a lot has happened & now am ready for action 😊then phase 2 in this journey 😊 love u Heather try try ur the best ♥️♥️
