Well, managed to hold the weekend weight gain to 1/4 lb, how 'bout that? So, week 1 of the 21-day Fix is done, overall I think I held to the eating plan pretty closely without too much backsliding over the weekend, LOL! It didn't help that hubby bought a huge jar of milk chocolate-covered almonds, couldn't seem to stay away from those but it didn't seem to hurt my weight any. Back at it today though, left those almonds at home. As for exercise, there were 2 workouts that I couldn't complete, one of which was because of a buffering issue with my internet, grrr!!! Well that was a yoga workout, and tbh I don't really like yoga very much. I did surprisingly well on the so-called "dirty 30" workout, though I was pretty exhausted afterwards. Missed the Friday cardio workout 'cause the whole fam went to Olive Garden for dinner. Honestly, I TRIED not to overdo it, only had about 1 1/2 breadsticks, ate the shrimp off the scampi pasta & had a single bowl of pasta fajoli soup. NO DESSERT, if you can believe it! But my tummy felt like I'd overeaten. I'll definitely do that Cardio workout tonight, dinner is leftover chicken.
