after 5 days of bad sciatica, I was limping and wasn't been able to go to the gym but still watched my calorie intake! Back at the gym today though

I've suffered from this for 18 years, the only time it went away was when I took 2 weeks to dig up my front garden and make borders, on my knees digging by hand, really hard work but it looks beautiful now. I hope your sciatica gives you a break, it's the worst pain.

I rested it and did some yoga exercises plus ibuprofen and voila!
