Okay, what the hell is going on?!?
I feel that I am doing business as usual when it comes to my weight loss journey. It has gone well for almost half a year. Then now, suddenly, it is stalling and I am even gaining weight.
I need to do something to get going again. But what?
I am so happy and thankful for what I have accomplished, but this is not the place to stop or quit. I need to get to the finish line. I will try to shake things up a bit, just not sure what to do.
