You can lose weight on your birthday! I had my favorite sushi and sashimi limited quantities and a very tiny slice of Earl Grey infused tea cake with chocolate ganache and fresh blueberries it was amazing and I still lost weight!
97.3 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
