Been watching the scale bounce around for a while. Still can't quite understand how
body weight can fluctuate so much ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but happy to see a new low. Not really
that low but still lower than it had been in a long time. Out for a curry with a
friend tonight. Guess there will be an up bounce tomorrow.
