Think it was water weight after all! Phew

I tried on one of my favourite dresses on the day before yesterday and was not

impressed what I saw. Its certainly spurring me on to look good in it.

And this time my love is on board, as he has gone a bit round in the middle :)

69.9 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
