😕 I need to keep tweaking. I’ll try to get down around 1300 cals.

Thanks, me. I’m working at it. I wish it were going a bit faster but it’s not going up and I’m not giving up. 😘

When I first read this I thought it said “twerking”. 😆😂 Well, if that works too 😆🤣

I looked at your weight graph just now - guessing from your comment that you are not where you want to be but over the very long haul you've managed to maintain a 40 plus lb weight loss (from where you started). That's very impressive.

Z’s, thanks. In the “time before” I would have gained back all 70 lbs + an extra 20. My original goal was to get to 200 lbs. I almost made it but gradually gained back 30. I’ve been hovering around that weight for 11 years. I would very much like to lose another 100 lbs. At 77, my frame is disintegrating and really can’t support all this weight. I’m gradually dropping my calories until I get to 1 lb a week loss. I would be happy with that. I’ve been back to religiously food journaling for 2 1/2 months. I’m trying to keep my metabolism from getting used to any set amount by varying my calorie intake from day to day but averaging out at a certain amount. At the moment that has been 1400 calories. I’m probably going to drop that to 1300. Food journaling makes those calculations possible. It’s how I lost the original weight and stopping journaling is how I started gaining back. We’ve been here a long time working on gaining better health. Here's to our success!

LOL! Shiloh, I believe twerking would be a great help with weight loss. Unfortunately, at 77, my “twerker” no longer functions at top efficiency. 😂

How funny! A broken twerker at 77. Ah, the joys of aging...wrinkles, arthritis, thinning hair, brown spots, loss of tweaking ability. Gotta luv it!
