Here we go on the yoyo express!! I started noon, with a 14 day free trial. Fairly interesting. Daily weigh in. That's ok if you don't freak out over a 5 oz. gain, or any gain for that matter.
I learned a long time ago not to take weight fluctuations to heart. They don't mean that you have failed. As long as you are ready, and fully committed to weight loss, you keep on track, and keep going!
I never restrict what I can eat. I just try to follow portion sizes, and try to eat mindfully. I'm down 13 lbs, more or less, and don't have more to go until my surgery. Have a great day everyone!!
127.1 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
