Well, I'm back... now living in Mexico and again overweighted, but starte dto do excersise and diet... so hope to be in shape again soon!. I'm glad to be back :)
96.2 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
