Not bad for a birthday weekend :)

We went out for a meal on Saturday for the first time in I don't know how long.

Still outside in a marque but it was nice nevertheless!

Got back to my workouts yesterday. They are still mostly based round the physio

therapy but I threw some burpees, press-ups and kettlebell swings/ snatches in

for a good measure.

The knee feels like its getting stronger again. A lot less pain, just a little bit

of discomfort. I still gives way occasionally. Especially first thing in the

morning.

Since I might never run again, we brought my ancient bike back from the farm and

my man is going to restore it for me. He is great with a lot of things, but

working with metal is his forte.
70.6 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
