Getting back into it after a long break! Some muscle loss and a fair bit of fat gain, so even though ive lost weight ive actually gained more fat esp on my tummy area :(
67.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
