I am finding it so hard to not cheat on a weekend or cheat less. On Sunday I was really busy so ended up not having a cheat day simply because didn't have much time to eat. Not playing catch up all week has really made a difference. 😅 Will try this weekend to cut down my cheating by one day! Easier enough right🙈
