One step closer to my goal😁
59.7 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am not too sure how to change kg to pounds or lbs. 13 days ago i was 62.2kg, today i am 59.7kg, loss 2.5kg in 13days. I have checked in google for online conversion calculator, it shows 5.51 lbs or 5 lb 8.19 oz.

I really hope what i have lose is purely fat😁😁 I am trying to eat 60 grams of protein per day, but it is not easy if i need to watch the calories in the same time. Ideally to eat 1 - 1.3 gram protein per kg weight, so i won't loss too much muscle.

Janey I think you go into my profile to change lbs to kg and inches to km being British I use imperial measurements😊

Haha, then i will start confusing myself Chestnut. But i did figure out how to calculate the lbs, just need to use Kg number/0.45359237😄
